  • We provide a confidentiality agreement for all new hires to sign at the beginning of their employment with us.
  • All of our employees are properly insured with workers compensation.
  • We implement an I-9 and Maryland State Employment Search to indicate that they are eligible to work in the United States.

  • When a 1st Professional employee has worked four hundred eighty (480) consecutive work hours, there will be NO conversion fee. (Call for details).
  • Should you choose to hire the individual after four (4) weeks on the assignment, a conversion fee beginning at a minimum rate will be charged.
